We are not done yet, we sprinkle a generous amount or gula melaka chunks and shavings before sprinkling dessicated coconut and a light drizzle of gula melaka syrup to every layers. To finish off the cake, we coat the cake with more whipped cream cheese frosting and dessicated coconut to have that iconic look of a true ondeh ondeh.
